Sydney Lang is a senior in Winthrop House from Boston, MA. She studies Linguistics on the Mind, Brain, Behavior track with a secondary in Education Studies. On campus, she volunteers with the Mission Hill After School Program, is a studio engineer for WHRB, does language acquisition research with kids in the Lab for Developmental Studies, and is a Peer Advising Fellow. She is interested in the psychology of how kids learn, and in using that research to make schooling more accessible for all. Outside of school, you can find her wandering around campus looking for dogs to befriend, trying out every ice cream store in the Boston area, and disturbing her downstairs neighbors by playing Just Dance with a little too much enthusiasm.
