Ryan Jung is a sophomore in Hollis from Orange County, California. He intends to concentrate in philosophy, social studies, or government with a secondary in Educational Studies, and is humbled to serve on the SAC this year. His interest in education stems from his experience developing philosophy curricula for secondary schools. He is particularly interested in increasing access to pre-college philosophy programming and promoting civil disagreement in the classroom. In his free time, Ryan loves weightlifting, shooting with film, and reading nonfiction (book recommendations welcome!).
