Once in Salem, Fellows work full-time in a capacity that matches participants' interests to available projects across the many departments at PEM. Previous Fellows have worked in Curatorial, Development, Integrated Media, Finance, Public Relations/Marketing, Collection Management, Exhibition Research/Publishing, and Education.
